- calls the Edit mode. A particular dot may be set or
cleared with the 1 and 0 keys respectively, the current
position being indicated by a flashing cursor. The cursor
will automatically advance to the next location when a
dot is set or reset. However, this auto cursor advance
facility may be disabled and enabled by pressing the A
key in the Edit mode. This allows lines and other shapes
to be formed easily without having to Backspace the
cursor, the cursor keys may be used. When in Edit mode
other commands may not be entered. ESC exits the Edit
mode.

M –
- will enter Nas-Sys. A Write command with the appropriate
values will be displayed on the screen allowing all the
characters to be stored on tape.
